He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas William Brown and Jessie Katherine Brown (Fenner); his daughter Belinda Brown; and his sister Dolores Brown Raiford. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Thompson Brown; his daughter Rhonda; his son-in-law Randy Burkhalter of Houston; his grandchildren, Cameron Burkhalter of Houston and Kelsey (Tray Golden) of Robstown; his great grandchildren, Grayson Golden, TJ Golden and Barrett Golden; and his sister Virginia Brown Bonar of Orange. He is also survived by 3 nieces and a nephew.
