He is survived by: his mother Isabel Ortiz Rios; his daughter Hope; his wife Melinda Ann Rios; his daughters, Esperanza Renee (Hope) and Faith Nevaeh Rios; and his brothers, Roman G. Rios III (Irene) and Roel Rios (Nicole). He is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews as well as his in-laws.
