She was predeceased by: her parents, Faustino Torres and Celedonia Cervantes Torres; her husband Desiderio Silva; her daughter Emilia Barrera; and her brother Trinidad Torres.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janie Ortiz of Gregory, Hope Milliken (Christopher) of Corpus Christi and Virginia Martinez of Taft; and her brother Alfonso Reyes. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; several great- grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren.
