He is survived by: his daughters, Lacie McWilliams and Heather Outlaw; his siblings, Sarah Jeffcoat, Arnette Greene, Earlene Matlock (Wesley) and Abe McWilliams (Evelyn); his grandchildren, Jonah Outlaw, Hadley Outlaw and Hannah Outlaw; and his nieces and nephews, Devon Manners Kersten, Brenda Fabre, Kristie Logan, Marvin "Boy" Simpson Jr., Karrie Hill, Kay Jeffcoat, Sarah Jeffcoat (Nay), Melinda Simpson and Jessica Martin. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cleveland - Pace-Stancil Funeral Home (303 E Crockett St, Cleveland, TX 77327). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Pace-Stancil Chapel (303 E Crockett St, Cleveland, TX 77327). A burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at the Pace-Stancil Memorial (12901 FM 2025, Cleveland, TX 77328).
