He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Jesus Tapia and Guadalupe Cantu Zambrano; and his brothers, Olivido and Jose Zambrano. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Lopez (Irma), Alejandro Zambrano and David Zambrano (Denise); and his brother Juan Zambrano (Yolanda). He is also survived by his five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
