She is survived by: her husband Tommy Womack; her children, Johnny Wayne Womack (Dana Placker), Tammy Reane Cook and Desiree Michelle Womack; her grandchildren, Stephen Womack and Izzy Womack; and her brothers, Tommy Lee and Jerry Wayne Cornstubble.
