It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alida Cavazos Davila (Greenwood, Texas), born in Raymondville, Texas, who passed away on March 13, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Severo Cavazos and Leonora Cavazos; her sister Antonia VanLuven; and her grandchildren, Alexander Trejo, Gabriella Estelle and Lauryn Garcia.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kris DeLuna (Daniel DeLuna), Nora Morales (JR Morales), Denise Garcia (Manuel Garcia) and Dee Davila-Estelle (Kevin Estelle); her husband Juan Davila; and her brothers, Raul Cavazos, Balde Cavazos and Sonny Cavazos. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
