He is survived by: his wife Vickie Sands; his sister-in-law Kathie Cook; his children, Scott Sands, Stacey Sands (John Belyeu), Russell Miller (Angelia) and Shonnda Harris (Bradley); his grandchildren, Destiny Belyeu, J. D. Belyeu, Kyleigh Belyeu, Chris Sands, Hartley Hope Harris, Austin Dale Harris and Joshua Crabb; his siblings, Georgia Springer, Rufus Sands and Dana Sands; and his close friend Phillip Keith (Susan). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
