He is survived by: his sons, Rodney Smith of Emory, TX, Michael Smith of Rockwall, TX and Kerry Foote (Tiffany) of Tallahassee, FL.; and his grandchildren, Kerri Michelle Foote, Kimber Whitfield, Kara Dukes, Kristina Whitfield, Kyrie'Foote and Christian Foote. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
