He was predeceased by: his parents, Donna Edgar and Donny Treat; his brother Tim Treat; his brother-in-law Bob Loeb; and his close friend Bubba "Glen" Wise.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Treat; his children, Lisa Bowers, Jerry Richardson, Amanda Priest, Ricky Ray Treat Jr., Christina Treat and Brandon Treat; and his siblings, Karen Loeb, Connie Treat, Samantha Morgan, Cliff and Clay Treat.
