He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Mortensen; his daughters, Kimberlee Phillips (Patrick) and Mindi Lindsey; his grandchildren, Caleb, Téa Lindsey, Hannah Thornton, Jessica, Summer, Jordan Phillips and Alyssa Miller; his nephews, Lars Mortensen, Peter Mortensen (Isabelle), Henrik Persson (Ida), Brant Malkey and Hank Brantley (Katy); and his great-nephew Paul.
