He was predeceased by: his mothers, Janie Lou Lewis Pumphrey and Ola Pumphrey; his sister Emma Ledbetter; his wives, Betty Ezell Pumphrey and Mary Nell Collvins Pumphrey; and his children-in-law, Tawanna Pumphrey, Christine Killian and James Linker.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Killian (Michelle), Karen Carnahan (Ben Garrett), Elisa Killian, Vance Pumphrey (Lisa), Verna Linker, Scott Pumphrey (Teresa), Jennifer Weger (J. K.), Vaughn Pumphrey and Joseph Killian; and his grandchildren, Stacy, Adam, Vanessa, Andrea, Nathan, Andrew, Michael, Richard, Robert, Shawna, Chaney, Crissi, Jordan, Joshua, Jarrod, Justin, Chelsea, Brandon, Ryanne, Ashlynn and Trace. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; brothers-in-law; and sisters-in-law.
