She is survived by: her children, Stephen Paul Hazelip (Lela Jan), Philip David Hazelip (Brenna), Deborah Lynn Pearson (Gary) and Mary Jan Nerwich; her grandchildren, Amanda Pearson, Lauren Pearson, Amy Pearson, Heath Hazelip, Ryan Nerwich, Bree Dees and Ryan Medford; and her sister Anita Mitchell (Don). She is also survived by 12 Great-Grandchildren.
