She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Fraser and Inez Fraser; her son Robin Mitchell Black; and her sisters, Luna Taylor, Lena Powell and Rosanna Tomlinson.
She is survived by: her husband Larry; her children, Lynn Black (Linda), Glynn Black (Becky) and Christie Black Sponsel (Tom); and her grandchildren, Danny Black, Randy Black, Heath Black, Courtney Black, Joseph Sponsel, Leigha Sponsel and Hannah Murray. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
