He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin and Eileen Loretta Turner (Dilks); his daughter Carrie Diane Turner; and his parents-in-law, Woodrow and Jean Habluetzel.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Turner; his children, Robbie Roberson (Brandy), Kandy Montgomery (Don) and Jason Turner (Mandy); and his siblings, Barbara Ebbs, Loretta Disney (Rick), Charles Turner, Jr. (Kathy) and Charlene Roenbrook (Mark). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; along with a host of loving relatives and friends.
