He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Spurgeon Moore and Dimple Lorene Green; and his brother Davey "Goose" Moore (Cody). He is survived by: his wife Mary Paula Moore; his daughters, Shelley Moore, Teresa Hokanson and Amber Middleton; his stepson Tim Northcutt (Tracy); his grandchildren, Justin Nichol, Baxter Chaney, Ellizabeth Nichol and Ian Middleton (Olyvia); his brother Charles H. Moore (Betty Jo); and his close friend Jolene Moore. He is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
