He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Robert Dunn and Noba Beatrice Griffith; his sisters, Joanne Dunn and Jenell Peabody; and his stepson Brian Kelley (Brenda).

He is survived by: his wife Odessa Dunn. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.
