He is survived by: his children, Jenni Ball-Lindsey (Richard), Jason Rutledge (Karen), Kristin Buholtz and Justin Foreman (Ashley); and his stepsons, Joe Ogle (Ashley) and Allen Ogle (Dana). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
