He is survived by: his wife Kristi Coats; his children, Cheri Kroncke (George), Greg Coats, Jeff Stapleton (Michelle) and Misty Stapleton Hardy; his sister Glenda James Cleveland (Jack); and his grandchildren, Katie DeBerry (Davis), Madison Kroncke, Camden Coats, Christian Coats, Kimber Coats, Cari Hardy, Cole Hardy and Caley Stapleton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
