She was predeceased by: her parents, Cristobal Mungia and Margeret Trevino Mungia. She is survived by: her husband Federico Rivera; her children, Freddie Mungia (Tiffany), Michael Torres, Victoria Enriquez (Angel), Melissa Mungia (John Carr) and Blanca Balli (Jerry); her siblings, Roy Mungia, Julian Mungia, Margeret Ortiz, Ruthy Flores, Sandy Mungia, Olivia Mungia and Amy Mungia; her grandchildren, Joel Castro, Gabriel Torres, Jocelyn Dyson-Mungia, Amber Torres, Chris Mungia, Vanessa Mungia, Destiny Martinez, Jacob Martinez, Nehemiah Jarvis, Jase Mungia, Maddie Mungia, Jonathen Carr, Bryson Enriquez, Hilary Balli and Javier Balli; and her great grandchildren, Aria Castro, Mateo Reyes, Avayah Castro, Ezra Martinez and Cataleya Reyes.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Family and Friends Coker-Mathews Funeral Home (5100 Interstate Hwy 30, Greenville, TX 75402). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Living Word Church (618 Division St, Greenville, TX 75402).
