She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyne Davidson and R. B. Perkins; and her brothers, R. B. Perkins, Jr. and Jerry Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Terry Glen Eastham; her children, Tabatha (John Curry) and Shane Eastham (Meredith Bartholomew); her grandchildren, Dalton Curry, Kelsi Curry, Jayden Eastham and Alexa Eastham; and her siblings, Judy Dossey, Carolyn Enloe and Jackie Perkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of loving friends.
