He was predeceased by: his parents, Esta Parker and Henry Frank Gill. He is survived by: his daughter Leslie Anne Gill Gibeault; his wife Dolores "Dobie" Nevill Gill; his son Phillip Nevill Gill (Terri Gill); and his sister Ouida Gill Guinn.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, a cause he was passionate about.
