He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Riggins and Inez Vaughn Riggins; his sister Sandra Riggins Sharpe; and his wife June Riggins. He is survived by: his children, Todd Riggins and Dawn Rodden; his son-in-law Ken Rodden; his grandchildren, Sydney Hudson (Matthew Hudson), Bayli Rodden (Kyle Phillips), Jake Rodden and Faith Rodden; and his great grandchildren, Gideon Hudson, Zeke Hudson and Ryker Phillips.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Highland Terrace Baptist (3939 Joe Ramsey Blvd E, Greenville, TX 75401).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Highland Terrace Baptist Church, Golden Kiwanis, or Texas Rampbuilders Association.
