She is survived by: her husband Dana Smith; her children, Jason Hardee and Rebecca Johnson; her grandchildren, Erica Johnson, Joshua Johnson and Jeremiah Johnson; her great grandchild Aurelia Mendez-Johnson; her siblings, David Frank, Quinton Frank, Darla, Karol Moody and Michael; and her nieces and nephews, Rachel Middleton, Raymond, Scott Monroe, Sharon, David Morrison, Billy Morrison, Keith Pierce, Diane Wyatt, Jesse, LaVonne Nace, April Lawson, Leonard Frank and Justin Wimsett. She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews along with a host of loving relatives and friends.
