He is survived by: his wife Martha Lynn Rogers; his son David; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Rogers; his grandchildren, Sam, Claire and Charlie Rogers; his sister Susann Rogers; and his siblings-in-law, Paul (Denise Kraft) and Ellen (John Milam). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Boy Scouts of America or the Parkinson's Foundation.
