He was predeceased by: his father Stanley. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Macioch; his daughters, Katherine (Michael Bustillos) and Kristine (Manny Moralez); his brother Thomas Macioch; his stepchildren, Daniel Price, Phillip Price, Susan Price, Larry Ford, Lara Ford and Daryl Claypool; his grandchildren, Kelley Bustillos, Joseph Bustillos, Noel Bustillos, Sam, Katelyn Jensen, Geoffrey Jensen, Michael Moralez, Jessica Moralez, Bobby McMichael, Kyler Jantz, Alex, Ben Gonzalez, Taylor Price, Maggie Ford, Owen McMichael and Olivia Ford; and his great grandchildren, Emily Jensen and Kara Jensen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, friends.
