Though Perry Wayne may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Vargas and Eva Perry Vargas; and his sisters, Salina, Marie, Gloria and Lucia.
He is survived by: his children, Eva Hatfield (Dennis Hatfield), Marie Bengston (Wayne Bengston) and Perry Vargas Jr. (Rachel Reddoch Vargas).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lucas Funeral Home (700 W Wall St, Grapevine, TX 76051). A Mass was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St Francis of Assisi (861 Wildwood Ln, Grapevine, TX 76051). A burial was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Grapevine Historic Cemetery.
