She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Musick and Celeste Musick. She is survived by: her children, James (Mary Beth) and Lori (Michael); her grandchildren, Wade (Malorie), Aaron (Anna), Mason (Sarah), Ryan and Sarah; and her great grandchildren, Kellyanne, Emmalynn and Nora.
The family has requested that any donations be made in Gay's memory to the Dallas Area Parkinson's Society (DAPS) located at 6210 LBJ Freeway, St 213, Dallas TX 75240. Donations may be made by mail or through the weblink https://donate.daps.us. Although Gay did not have Parkinson's, she has been very supportive of this organization due to a family member with this condition.
