It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Roth Solis (Grapevine, Texas), born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on July 9, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Roth and Doris Roth; and her sister Janice Ligon (Paul). She is survived by: her children, Walker and Holly (Cyril Handal); her husband Vance Solis; her children, Anna Christi and Angele; her grandchildren, Kayla Rose, Justin Micah and Naomi Clare Handal; and her siblings, Kendra Sheldon (Mike), Kenneth Roth (Michelle) and James Roth (Cathy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

After her diagnosis of leukemia at the start of the pandemic in March of 2020, Mary was determined to beat it to go visit the joys of her life – her three grandchildren in VA.
