He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Ballengee and Juanita Ballengee; his sister Carol Priest; his brother-in-law Gerald; his mother-in-law Mary Puckett; and his sister-in-law Donna Willson.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Ballengee of Grapevine; his sister Gloria Reynolds (Harley) of Amarillo; his nieces, Diana Lewis (Jimmy) of Amarillo and Debbie Smith of Amarillo; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Miller (Martha) of Amarillo, Bill Willson of Amarillo, Brenda Miller (Rodney Wynn), Brian Miller (Terri) of Amarillo and Scott Miller (Lisa) of Austin. He is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews, twenty-nine great nieces and nephews and twelve great great nieces and nephews, and numerous extended family and friends.
In honor of Jim, donations can be made to the Texas Lions Camp in Kerrville, Texas.
