He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Paul Schubert and Alice Roberts Schubert. He is survived by: his wife Nina "Marilyn" Schubert; his children, John Andrew "Andy" Schubert (Irene) and Jamie Lynn Eddy (Brett); and his grandchildren, Collin Eddy, Evan Schubert and Carter Schubert.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to your favorite charity, in James's honor.
