He was predeceased by: his parents, James Roy Todd, Sr. and Rachel Harkey Todd. He is survived by: his wife Linda Stubbs Todd; his children, Chris (Holly Todd) of Frisco, Texas and Heather (David Reck) of Lucas, Texas; his grandchildren, Savannah, Christopher, Isabella Todd, Keegan, Hunter and Ellie Reck; his sister Harriet (Lloyd Ralphs) of Lake Keowee; and his nieces, Karen Smith, Marcy Jamrok and Jessica Ward.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mount Vernon Baptist Church (3505 Bamboo Rd, Boone, NC 28607).
