He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Skipper and Juanita Skipper; and his wife Joan Skipper. He is survived by: his children, Frank Skipper, Jr. (Julane), David Skipper and Laura Clemmer; his grandchildren, Kelsey and Carter; and his great grandchild Lydia Kay.
