He is survived by: his wife Pamela Bush; his daughters, Tammylynn Bealor (Dan) of LaPorte, IN and Alicia Lacey (Eric) of Fort Worth, TX; his siblings, Wayne Bush (Olivia) of South Bend, IN, Ralph Bush (Cherie) of Mishawaka, IN and Brenda Bowers (Doug) of Fort Worth, TX; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Bealor of Indiana, Tim Bealor of Indiana, Ashley Francis of Indiana, JC Bush of Indiana, Logan Lacey, Addyson Lacey and Brynlee Lacey of Texas.
