She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee L. Speer and Ruby Mae Jewel Speer; her sons, Rex Edward Gail and George Marvin Gail, Jr.; and her siblings, Eleanora June Speer, Arlis Mae Speer Kaufman, Esther Colleen Speer, Arlene Faye Speer, Leland Jewel Speer, Leslie Maynard Speer, Lee Lyn Speer, Rose Marie Speer and Lewelyn Case Speer.
She is survived by: her husband George Marvin "Chief" Gail, Sr.; her daughters, Brenda Gail Leclerc and Bonnie Hooper (David); her grandchildren, Scott Hooper, Ashley Gail and Brandi Gail; and her great grandchildren, Rex Hooper, Elizabeth Ratcliff, Nicholas Ratcliff and Thomas Manley.
