He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frank Jones and Lola Denny Jones; and his siblings, Olan Jones, Opal Jones, Mary Jane Clark and Frank Jones.
He is survived by: his sister Neva Holderith Shugart Broad; and his granddaughter Kasey Guess.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bailey & Foster Funeral Home (207 S Magnolia St, Palestine, TX 75801). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bailey & Foster Chapel (207 S Magnolia St, Palestine, TX 75801). A burial will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Muse Cemetery.
