He was predeceased by: his parents, Lieb Wallace, Sr. and Irma Gill Koehl; and his sister Jenny Osterman. He is survived by: his wife Ramona Callaway Koehl; his sons, Eric Koehl, Richard Fulgham and Roger Fulgham; his grandchildren, Ryan Fulgham, Ashton, Brittany Fulgham and Brandon Todd; and his great grandchildren, Ashton, Brynlee and Bryce Fulgham.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to John Skeel Missionary Foundation, 101 Cherry Avenue, Winona Lake IN 46590-1607, where he served on the board, or to the Gideons.
