He was predeceased by: his parents, Coleman Tyer and Rose Tyer. He is survived by: his wife Jane Tyer of Grapeland; his children, Wes Tyer (Leslie) of Sugar Land and Lisa Missildine (Ben) of Slocum; his grandchildren, Alex Tyer, Lizzie Tyer, Hannah Missildine and Levi Missildine; his sister Barbara Carroll of Crockett; and his niece Melody Carroll of Crockett. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
