He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Morgan Francis and Edna Florene Burnam Francis. He is survived by: his wife Yolonda June Carpenter Francis. He is also survived by six children, twenty-three grandchildren, three brothers, one sister, one brother-in- law, and one sister-in-law.
