She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lee Smith and Jewell Catherine Rasco Smith; her husband Robert Watkins; her sons, Denver D. Watkins and Robert H. Watkins; her grandchildren, Denver D. Watkins Jr. and Stephanie Watkins; her siblings, Robert A. Smith, Louis "Virgil" Smith, Donnie Smith, Earl, Vada Kelly and Caroline Neff; her nephew Kenny R. Smith; and her niece Lavada R. Howard.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth R. Watkins; her grandchildren, Amanda Brannon of Warren, OH, Brandy Brown of Houston, Kerry Watkins of Springtown, Michael Watkins of Rochelle, Ashlyn Watkins of Granite Shoals, Shane Watkins of Granite Shoals and Louann Watkins of Granite Shoals; and her sister-in-law Peggy Smith of Gatesville. She is also survived by nine great- grandchildren; one great great-grandchild.
