He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mills; his sister Joyce Fieldahl of Corpus Christi, TX; his sons, Keith Mills (Patti) and Scott Mills (Karen); his grandson Ethan Mills; and his stepchildren, Dean Johnson and Debbi Pedroza.
