She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stiba and Victoria Stiba; her husband Tony Kaspar; her son Keith Joseph Kaspar; and her siblings, John, Ernest Stiba, Ruth Geist and Thelma Boudny.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn Waters (Joel) of Willis, Janice Weber (Steven) of Buda and Carol Bullion of Taylor; her grandchildren, Yvonne Waters of Riga, Latvia, Jeanice Light (Larkin) of Willis, Virginia Foster (Chris) of Flagstaff, Arizona, John Waters of Fort Meade, Maryland, Whitney Upton-Waters (Ryan) of Ladson, Andrew Weber (Candace) of Galveston, Justin Weber (Tiffany) of Spring, Brad Weber (Sara) of Cedar Park, Natalie Bullion of Napa, California and Rachel Bullion of Austin; her great grandchildren, David Marshall, Geoffrey Marshall, Megan Light, Eric Light, Krista Nile Foster, Mavis Mae Waters, Isaac Weber, Simon Weber, Abram Weber, Anna Weber and William Weber; and her sister Inez Schrader.
