He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Wentrcek and Mary Wentrcek (Adamek). He is survived by: his wife Linda Malish; his son Michael (Melissa); his granddaughters, Kaelyn and Madyson; his great grandchildren, Kaley, Abel and Landon; his sister Linda (Victor Wilhelm); his sister-in-law Nancy Mokry; and his aunt Kathryn Adamek. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
