She was predeceased by: her parents, Timothy Havelka and Francis Havelka; her siblings, Lawrence Havelka, Isabell Fiebrich (Frymire) and Edith Goertz; her husband Frank Jezisek; her son Robert Jezisek; and her granddaughter Misty Jezisek Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Blaha (Daniel), Kenneth Jezisek (Teresa), Tim Jezisek (Edwina) and Pat Jezisek. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren; 12 Great Grandchildren; and 4 Great Great Grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
