She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter White and Molly Daisy White; her children, Margie Lucille White Holt, James Otis White, Jr., Freddie Louis White and Alice Rae White York (Oliver); her husband Otis White; and her siblings, Clarence, Myrtle, Willie, Walter, William, Eunice, Edwin, Alvin and Fannie.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tina White Morris, Edward Shaw (Bobbie), Timothy Shaw, Shawn York (Kavita), Oliver York, Jr. and Erma Ellen Ramirez (Moises).
Additionally, she loved helping people, which was demonstrated by countless contributions to many charitable organizations.
