He is survived by: his wife Leah Rae Batla Strmiska; his children, Debra Cavanaugh (Jimmy), Greg Strmiska (Christi) and John Strmiska; his friend Jackie McCoy; his grandchildren, Steven Strmiska (Emily), Keith Strmiska, Garrett Pekar, Corey Strmiska (Megan), Caitlin Cavanaugh Scruggs (Kory), Lauren Pekar (Jason Fellows), Kole Krieg, Blake Strmiska and Benjamin Strmiska; his great grandchildren, Hudson Strmiska, Blakely Strmiska, Collette Pekar and Emmalyn Fellows; and also, Becky Pekar (Lenard) and Mona Krieg (Kevin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
