He was predeceased by: his father Frank Michalik (Agnes Michalik); his wife Virginia Michalik; his mother Agnes Michalik; and his grandson Ryan Eugene Grace. He is survived by: his brothers, William "Bill" Michalik of Granger and Tony Michalik of Granger; his children, Beverley Ann Grace (Craig) of Taylor, Patricia Lynn Polasek (Gilbert) of Granger and Leslie Eugene Michalik (Teri) of Granger; his grandchildren, Darryl Wayne Polasek (Amanda) of Thorton, Brian Wayne Polasek (Meggan) of Grandbury, Jenna Lynn Barbiaux (Wade) of Granger, Daniel Eugene Michalik (Tiffany) of Granger and Chelsey Ann Ellison of Granger; and his great grandchildren, Madison Grace Aranda of Hutto, Peyton Morning, Paisley Kay Polasek of Thorton, Ilene Ree, Bella Grace Polasek of Grandbury, Jessi Lynn, Kennoa Jean Barbiaux of Granger, Brody Layne, Aspyn Faith, Gracelyn Ivy Michalik of Granger, Ryker Kane and Keaton Kai Eugene Ellison of Granger. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
