He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Hughes and Kathleen Hughes (Roane); and his brothers, Wayne, Dalton, Joe and Benny.
He is survived by: his sons, Joe Loyd (Cindy) of Grandview, TX, Hoby Edwin (Cyndi) of Grandview, TX and Billy Wayne (Celeste) of Springdale, UT.; his wife Lenora Hughes of Cleburne; his grandchildren, Lacy, Madi, Seth, Caleb, Leah, Theron, Jessie, Lucas, Will, Oliver and Chelsea; his great grandchildren, Makenzie, Brantley, Brinley, Hannah, Miles, Kohen and Deklan; his brother Danny (Sue) of Grandview, TX.; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Johnson, Janice Hughes, Caroline Hughes and Venita Moore. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Instead of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Grandview Cemetery Association.
