He was predeceased by: his father Dewey Joseph Applegate. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Fussell-Applegate; his daughters, Andrea Applegate Coble (Michael) and Megan Applegate Holmes (L. J.); his stepson Ryan Fussell (Sara); his grandchildren, Marshall, Kai, Kalani, Justin, Dylan, Makala and Sage; his great grandchildren, Riley, Kennedy and Harper; his mother Shirley Landrum; and his siblings, Becky Glenn, Joe Applegate and Anthony Applegate. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
