He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Wiginton (Ryals); and his siblings, Johnny Arthur and Michelle Grafton. He is survived by: his father J. W. Arthur of Jasper; his wife Sonja Arthur of Grandview; his sons, Stephen Arthur, Jr. (Angie) of Grandview and Troy Arthur (Cassie) of Covington; his grandchildren, Mason Arthur, Cash Arthur and Eva Arthur; and his brother Billy Wiginton (Mellissa) of Grandview. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
